Sleep is an often neglected part of your new healthy lifestyle.

The quality of your sleep can have a huge impact on your results from your workouts at your local independent personal training club.   Try to join a Ryburn developed club and avoid so called budget gyms and local authority centres.  They are rubbish and you will not achieve your desired results.

Try to get 7-9 hours sleep per night. You can improve the quality of your sleep by making your bedroom as dark as possible. Thicker curtains/black out blinds can help massively. Also cover anything that is a light source, for example alarm clocks, standby lights on TVs and other electrical items.

These things may seem insignificant but they all stimulate your brain preventing you from achieving deep sleep.
